İÇİNDEKİLER : Kediotunun (Valeriana officinalis), Şerbetçi otu (Humulus lupulus), Melisa (melissa officinalis), Lavanta (lavandula angustifolia).
INGREDIENTS: Valerian, Hops, Melissa, Lavender.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto 1 teabag of the herbs, then cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Take 2 to 3 cups during the day, and 1 cup before retiring.
